Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as by using this website and placing an order through it, you, the customer, are agreeing to accept them and be bound by them.
Downland Pigs Ltd reserves the right to modify the terms from time to time. Continued use of this website indicates that you have read, understood and accept the modified terms.

It is strictly prohibited to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, display, publish, create derivative works from or sell any information obtained from this website without the prior written permission of Downland Pigs Ltd.
Prices of items are subject to change from time to time without notice. However, we will honour the prices that were on the website at the time your order was placed. The prices shown on the website do not include postage or shipping. Delivery charge is currently £9.60 (inclusive of VAT) up to 30 kg in weight and is subject to revision by the carriers. The total delivery charge will be shown on the checkout screen. We will offer discounts on delivery charges from time to time on larger orders and these will be publicised on the relevant web pages.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
Payment is taken at the time of order. I will not start any order until the payment is received and the funds have been cleared. Payment is via Paypal™ using a paypal account or any debit or credit card.
Products will be dispatched on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The order cut off time is 10am on the day of dispatch
Orders will generally be sent by Parcel Force 24 hours to UK Mainland addresses. If you wish for your order to be sent using another method such as special delivery, please contact us first as there may be an additional charge. We do not currently supply to locations overseas.
UK mainland excludes Northern Ireland, Eire, Scottish Offshore, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man
Deliveries are handled by Parcelforce and usually arrive the next working day from my dispatch,
If you do not receive your order within 24 hours please let us know by Email or telephone.
Downland Pigs Ltd strives to supply produce of excellent quality. If you feel that a product you have purchased from Downland Pigs Ltd fails to meet our high standards please contact use by e-mail (with photos if transit damage) as soon as possible so that we can decide on a course of action.
Downland Pigs Ltd cannot be held responsible for any injury or loss incurred by the incorrect storage, preparation or cooking of the product by the customer.
