Awarded at the Taste of the West, this fine sausage is made using only shoulder meat and has the following attributes: Minimum of 73% meat from free range pigs, maximum 10% fat, succulent with an open texture, natural skins, home made natural stock, no colouring or food enhancers and hand made and packed.
