Pork Sausages with Breakfast Marmalade
Our most talked about sausage awarded a gold at the Taste of the West followed by the highest accolade the Taste of the West can award – Supreme Sausage of the year beating 42 other award winning contenders.
Also highly commended in the Jellied Eel and London Farmers Market 2012 competition.
With the flavour of the breakfast marmalade, made for us by ‘Hogs Bottom’, complimenting our pork sausage in a very delicious way, we should rename it ‘The Connoisseurs Sausage’.
As there is a higher meat content and lovely open texture, it is a sausage not to be missed.
The sausage has no artificial colouring and food enhancers, once eaten you will understand the reason for our awards !
