Pork and Wild Garlic Sausages
Made from shoulder meat with a minimum of 73% meat content from free range pork with fresh wild garlic, maximum 10% fat, succulent with an open texture, natural skins, no colouring or food enhancers, hand made and packed. We harvest the young Wild Garlic ourselves from private land near Bath.
This product is seasonal and is only available for a short period.
Each pack 450gms and contain six sausages.
