Pork and Leek Sausages

The first of our herb sausages.
These are made along the lines of our traditional sausage with the inclusion of leeks which are sourced from a local market gardener. This sausage is both attractive to the eye and a firm favourite with the discerning customer.
The main features of this sausage are: Only shoulder meat with a minimum of 73% meat content from free range pigs, maximum 10% fat, succulent with an open texture, natural skins, made from homemade stocks, no colouring or food enhancers, hand made and packed.
