Developed from an Argentinian recipe, this is a fresh gluten free sausage that should be cooked in the normal way. It is made using our free range pork and matured beef from Lackham College.
The ingredient list is very comprehensive including mixed herbs and spices, sweet red peppers direct from Argentina and red wine blended carefully together. The meat is minced to produce a coarse grist then encased in natural skins.
The aromas alone will send your taste buds along the imaginary routes of desire and when cooked your anticipation will be will be rewarded with a sausage full of aroma,succulence and a deeply satisfying flavour – enjoy.
