Apple and Cider Pork Sausages
The first of our sweeter sausages, acknowledged by the Judges at the Taste of West by awarding this sausage with a Silver award.
The characteristics of this sausage are clearly defined being made with cider which is evident in the flavour.
The apple chutney we use in this sausage is lovingly produced by the award winning company ‘Hogs Bottom’. With the inclusion of their products it’s guaranteed that any sausage will be taken to a higher level.
The following characteristics are found in this sausage: Only shoulder meat with a minimum of 73% meat content from free rangepigs, maximum 10% fat, succulent with an open texture, natural skins, no colouring or food enhancers, hand made and packed.
