Made to our own GOLD award winning recipe, our pork faggots have proved to be popular with all generations. The flavour would be described as savoury and in the same domain as Haggis, but ours are reared in Wiltshire.
Ingredients include liver, pork, fresh herbs, onions and rusk and wrapped in Caul Fat.
Cooking tip: Already cooked so reheat in oven for 30 minutes approximately or until piping hot, serve with onion gravy and vegetables, alternatively slice and pan fry. Allow one per person.
