Bacon

All our bacon is dry cured by us to the traditional recipe. The process takes seven days from fresh to being cured and after curing we wash off the surplus curing mix and chill dry for 24 hours. The sides of bacon are sliced and vacuum packed according to customers order size. Generally we slice our back bacon quite thick so that the meaty texture and taste remains after cooking.
